Renz Construction takes care of more than construction. Under a separate contract, we are able to offer architectural drawings. Our services also cover excavation work, driveway construction and finishing, landscaping, fence and gate installation, patio or deck additions, well and septic system connections, electric or gas line installations, and window treatments. Additional services may comprise home automation, security systems, lawn installation or seeding, irrigation systems, and elevator, pool or hot tub installations.

We prioritize maintaining a clean and safe work site during all remodels and home builds. We cover and protect floors, vents, doors and windows. Our team (including our subcontractors) performs daily clean-ups. We take every precaution to eliminate hazards and leave the site as clean as possible. And we hire professional cleaners for important construction milestones.
