1. Learn

The journey begins with a call to discuss your project's goals and vision. In this conversation, you will learn more about our history, values, and approach to each project to ensure we’re the right fit for your needs.

2. Visit

We meet in person to build trust and understand your style and project scope. During this meeting, we will closely analyze your proposed project and offer a rough estimate based on our experience with similar projects.

3. Design

When you're ready to move ahead, we prepare a design agreement and retainer. You will meet with an architect to discuss design goals and review design ideas. We meet with local officials to ensure zoning compliance.

4. Finalize

With drawings complete, we move into the quoting phase. Our team conducts site visits and walkthroughs to gather information for accurate estimates. Once you give us the green light, we secure your spot on our project calendar.

5. Permit

Wendy manages all paperwork to secure permit approval from local municipalities. They attend municipal meetings on your behalf for all permit needs, guaranteeing local approval for your construction plans.

6. Build

We start your build. Your level of involvement is entirely up to you. You can make every decision from crown molding to tile selection, or can collaborate with our interior designer, who presents options for your approval.

7. Communicate

Greg and Wendy are on-site daily, overseeing the project and coordinating with subcontractors. We provide regular progress updates and promptly address any issues or delays to deliver a seamless experience.

8. Enjoy!

Finally, the moment you've been waiting for—move-in time. Step into your kitchen, bathroom, custom garage, lower-living space, or new home and start enjoying the personalized space we've created for you and your family!
