Dream Sewing Room 

Renz Construction created a large sewing room that provides plenty of space for the homeowner’s sewing projects. A custom-designed island centers the room. The island is shorter than standard counter height to allow the homeowner to sit and sew comfortably.

Renz Construction installed a fully functional kitchenette that included a stylish buffet with reclaimed wood shelves. The pantry, hidden behind the bar, adds extra storage space.

Exercise Room & Living Area

The exercise room, designed to double as a sitting room, offers versatility while maintaining a comfortable aesthetic. This area, combined with the adjoining living/recreation room, provides plenty of space for fitness or lounging, with large windows that bring in natural light.

Bathroom & Bedroom

The project’s improvements included adding a new bedroom as well as a full bathroom designed for guests’ comfort and convenience.

• Thoughtfully designed layout separating the shower and toilet from the vanity area

Finishing Touches

Reclaimed wood beams and posts bring warmth and character to the space, while LVP flooring offers durability throughout. The stairs were completely redone, with stained and painted wood steps, along with a custom carpet runner.
