Hartland Custom Garage

An Updated Structure that Offers More Storage Space.

Before Photos

Our Lake Country client was looking to replace their old garage with an updated structure that offered more storage space. Their Hartland, WI log cabin was built on a floodplain which meant their home was built without a basement or attic space. Because their home did not have as much storage space as they would like, it was important the new garage remodel function as an extension of the home and offer ample storage.

THE CUSTOM BUILT GARAGE

The garage was built using the traditional stick framing method and was finished off with LP Smart Side siding in Cedar with white Azek trim that stands out against the bold-colored siding. Andersen Windows and Therma-Tru fiberglass entry doors were installed around the structure to allow natural light to filter throughout the garage. A set of dark oak garage doors from CHI Woodtone Series complete the structure, including both a double-door set and a matching single-door.

To make the garage functional all-year round and for temperature-controlled storage, we installed a heating unit. To add more function and beauty to the home extension we incorporated two herb gardens into the remodeled garage as requested by our Hartland clients. These small gardens were placed along the side of the garage so they could grow and maintain their own fresh herbs. To learn more about our custom garages and home extensions, contact us today.
