The owners of the original three-bedroom Lower Nashota lake home needed more room. But with limited space and lake lot restrictions, only eight feet could be added to the lower level and main floors. Once this addition was complete, a third floor was added to provide the homeowners with the space they needed.

Every detail of the home has been meticulously redesigned to maximize breathtaking lake vistas, enhance comfort, and create a bright, airy atmosphere. Renz Construction completely gutted and reimagined the home to offer lake views from every angle. The master suite’s relocation to the lakeside was a notable change, providing stunning water vistas from the bed. Extending the lower level and main floor by eight feet created more space and fluidity in the design.
