Once dated and confined, this 1958 kitchen was completely reimagined into a bright, open and functional heart of the home. This custom kitchen renovation delivered a fresh start with improved flow, added height and modern rustic style.
The renovation began with a full interior demolition, followed by reframing and raising the ceiling to create an open, airy feel. Angled ceiling corners add architectural character, while removing an old doorway and installing a raised header into the attic allowed the kitchen to flow seamlessly into the back hallway.
